Terms of Service

These are the rules for using do-droplet-manager ("the Service"). Short version: be reasonable, don't abuse the service, and understand there are no warranties.
1. The service
do-droplet-manager is a third-party dashboard for DigitalOcean droplets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of DigitalOcean, Inc. "DigitalOcean" and related marks belong to DigitalOcean, Inc.
2. Your account & tokens
You are responsible for keeping your DigitalOcean API tokens secure and for any actions taken with them via the Service. Revoke tokens in the DigitalOcean console at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- No abuse, scraping, or attempts to break the Service.
- No illegal activity or infringement of others' rights.
- No reselling access without written permission.
4. Fees
Paid plans (when available) are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uptime, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $50 USD if you paid nothing).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to waitlist subscribers and posted here with a new date.
